Frequently asked questions from agencies
What exactly does white-label cover?
Status pages, PDF and SLA reports, scan PDFs and notification emails appear with your logo, colours and company name. Status pages can additionally be served via your own domain (CNAME). The public website quick check (audit widget) on your site and the PDF it produces also carry your brand instead of XICTRAQ. In these outputs your clients do not see XICTRAQ; analytics share links and the client account in the client portal still carry XICTRAQ.
Is there a lead magnet for my agency site?
Yes. With one line of JavaScript you embed a public website quick check carrying your logo and colours on your site. Visitors check their URL, see the audit result and download it as a PDF to take away — branded with your company name, without Powered-by-XICTRAQ. Every scan is automatically captured as a lead in your dashboard. Details are in the handbook under Widget.
How does the client portal work?
On the Agency plan you manage up to 50 client websites in one multi-client dashboard. Access, reports and status pages can be kept separate per client, without clients seeing your other accounts.
Can I send reports to clients automatically?
Yes. Report templates generate scheduled weekly/monthly and SLA reports (uptime percentage, MTTR, downtime) as PDF and send them to defined recipients — on the Agency plan with your branding.
How many team members are possible?
Team members are effectively unlimited on the Agency plan, with roles (viewer/editor/admin) and separate permissions per task.
Is there API access for custom integrations?
Yes, full API access is included — for example to feed scan results or uptime data into your own tools, dashboards or proposals.
Where is the data hosted?
In Germany; processing takes place in the EU. Data processing under Art. 28 GDPR is governed in § 9a of our terms (no separate agreement needed) — relevant when you act as a processor for your clients. The legal assessment in each case remains with you.
