Status pages with white-label & PDF reports
Your own status page with subscriber emails, RSS and white-label — plus automated PDF reports for management and customers. German hosting, no external accounts required.
Monitoring data is only valuable when it is converted into actionable insights. XICTRAQ sends automatic weekly and monthly reports by email; the full report with uptime statistics, performance trends and incident logs is available as a PDF in the dashboard. Public status pages show your customers the current state of your services -- with custom branding. The report builder enables tailored reports for SLA evidence, compliance audits or internal meetings.
Status pages with white-label & PDF reports features
Weekly Email Reports
Once a week you receive a compact summary by email: availability and response time per website, the number of alerts and a link to the full report. Whether it arrives and on which weekday (default Monday) is set in the notification settings.
Monthly PDF Reports
Detailed PDF reports with uptime statistics, incident chronology, SLA compliance and performance comparison to the previous month. The monthly report arrives automatically by email, and you download the PDF from the dashboard.
Public Status Page
A hosted status page on a token URL on xictraq.com (or on your own domain via an add-on at EUR 5 per domain and month). Shows real-time status of all services, planned maintenance and incident history. On Agency: white-label with logo, primary colour and company name; the Powered-by-XICTRAQ footer is dropped automatically once a company name is set.
SLA Reports
Automatic SLA reports with precise uptime calculation (excl. planned maintenance). Compliance evidence for customer contracts, service level agreements and regulatory requirements. Exportable as PDF or CSV.
Custom Report Builder
Create tailored reports in a few clicks: choose time range, monitors and report building blocks. Save templates for recurring reports and schedule automatic delivery.
Data Export
Export all monitoring data as CSV, JSON or PDF. Full REST API for integration into your own BI tools, Grafana dashboards or automated workflows.
How it works
Configure reports and status page
Choose which monitors appear in reports and on the status page. Set recipients, frequency and branding. Activate your public status page with one click.
Receive automatic reports
XICTRAQ sends you weekly and monthly reports automatically by email. PDF reports contain all relevant metrics, incidents and trend analyses -- ready for management or customers.
Provide status page in real-time
Your public status page updates automatically. During incidents, you can post updates via the dashboard that your customers see immediately. After resolution, normal status is restored automatically.
AI incident assistant: first assessment + customer communication in seconds
When a monitored site goes down, XICTRAQ uses AI to draft an internal first assessment for your team and a customer-ready status page update — in German and English, matched to the current lifecycle stage — from the internal incident and the automatically captured diagnostics (DNS, HTTP, ASN).
The assistant only pre-fills the input fields of the incident workflow. Nothing is published until you review the draft, adjust it if needed and actively apply it. Until then neither visitors nor subscribers see the text — you keep full editorial control.
Internal first assessment
A technical triage for your team only — from the incident plus DNS/HTTP/ASN diagnostics of the affected host.
Customer draft in DE + EN
A customer-ready status page update text per lifecycle stage — bilingual, friendly, without raw technical data.
Suggested impact & status
A fitting impact (none/minor/major/critical) and status are suggested — apply or change freely.
Fallback to standard texts
If the AI is unreachable, the assistant returns vetted standard texts per lifecycle stage — the manual publishing path stays identical.
