Where is my data hosted?
In data centres within the EU (Nuremberg, Falkenstein and Helsinki/Finland), following current GDPR requirements, without third-party trackers and without external fonts.
Processing of monitoring, analytics and account data takes place on servers controlled by us in data centres within the EU (locations in Germany and Helsinki), so the data is subject to European data protection law. For individual, clearly defined functions we use named processors: the optional AI chat assistant and AI visibility (Anthropic, USA — on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with contractually assured zero data retention) and payment processing (Stripe). Which data is transmitted is listed in our privacy policy.
The tracker and supplementary resources are also served via your own domain or a first-party proxy, so no foreign hosts need to be embedded.
