AI visibility — Am I cited by AI assistants?
Define your brand and a prompt set. XICTRAQ periodically checks whether AI assistants name your brand — and measures citation rate, cited source URLs, sentiment and share of voice, split by DE/AT/CH, as a time series with an alert on decline. From the Business plan.
More and more people research via AI assistants instead of classic search. The decisive question is therefore no longer only whether you rank, but whether AI answers name your brand at all. AI visibility answers exactly that: you define your brand and a set of typical questions your customers ask (for example purchase-intent or advisory prompts). XICTRAQ periodically poses these questions to an AI model and evaluates the answers in a structured way — per run we capture whether your brand is named (citation rate), which of your pages appear as a source (source URLs), in what tone the mention occurs (sentiment) and what share you hold among all named providers (share of voice). Everything is reported separately for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as a time series across weeks and months. If your citation rate drops markedly, an alert fires so you can respond with content before you lose reach. This makes AI SEO (also called GEO, generative engine optimization) measurable instead of a gut feeling. The evaluation runs on an AI model, and each run records which model answered; no data from your website visitors is processed — only prompt answers about your brand. Available from the Business plan.
AI visibility — Am I cited by AI assistants? features
Define brand & prompt set
You define your brand, optionally aliases and competitors, plus a set of typical customer questions — purchase-intent, advisory or comparative.
Periodic checking
XICTRAQ poses your prompt set to an AI model on a fixed cadence and logs every answer for evaluation.
Citation rate
The share of answers in which your brand is named at all — the core metric for your presence in AI answers.
Cited source URLs
Which pages of your domain the AI answer links or names as evidence — so you see which content lands.
Sentiment per mention
Each mention is classified as positive, neutral or critical — if the tone shifts, it is noticed immediately.
Share of voice
Your share among all providers named in the topic — the direct comparison with the competition.
Regions DE / AT / CH
Every metric separately for Germany, Austria and Switzerland — because visibility differs per market.
Time series & history
All metrics as a history across weeks and months — so the effect of every content measure becomes visible.
Alert on decline
If the citation rate drops markedly compared with previous runs, an alert goes out on your usual channel — email, Slack, Teams and more. Requirement: the profile is linked to a website.
How it works

Add your brand, optional aliases and competitors plus typical customer questions. We ship a few example prompts to start.
Choose regions and cadence
Enable DE, AT and CH individually and set the checking cadence. Each region is evaluated separately.
Track results and course-correct
In the dashboard you see citation rate, sources, sentiment and share of voice as a time series. An alert warns you on decline.

Each AI answer is evaluated in a structured way — not only whether your brand appears, but how.
